  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
