  • 1 green apple, halved and de-seeded
  • 1 medium onion, diced (optional)
  • 1 carrot, halved
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, halved

  • 3 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Incorporate the chopped carrot and green apple into the pot, followed by water.
  4. Simmer until all vegetables are tender, adding more water and stock powder if necessary.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before blending until smooth. For a finer texture, strain if desired.
  6. Season with black pepper or red chili flakes before serving hot.
