  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (35g) chopped toasted pecans
  • Additional chopped strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  2. Fold in heavy cream and finely chopped strawberries until evenly mixed.
