  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the cocoa powder until combined and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the cooled butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
  6. To decorate, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe spider web designs onto each brownie.
