  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
