  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine meat mixture with quartered biscuits in a bowl.
  5. Pour into the baking pan and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown.
