  • 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 16 ounces mini vegan marshmallows
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 6 ounces white candy melts or chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces dark cocoa candy melts

Instructions

  1. Melt dark cocoa candy melts in the microwave using 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Pipe small teardrop-shaped eyes on parchment paper using the melted chocolate; freeze for about 3 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, spray with baking spray and set aside the Rice Krispies Cereal.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, then stir in mini marshmallows and white candy melts until fully melted.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal; mix well and let cool slightly.
  6. Shape cooled mixture into ghost forms by rolling into cones.
  7. Attach chocolate eyes to each ghost using melted candy as glue if needed.
  8. Allow ghosts to dry at room temperature for about an hour before serving.
