  • 8 oz block of feta cheese (drained)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Once chilled, serve in a bowl garnished with optional chopped walnuts and an extra drizzle of honey.
