  • 1 cup sugar for topping
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; do not overmix.
