  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on top.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar layer and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a ball shape.
  5. Use thick rubber bands to create a pumpkin appearance by wrapping around the cheese ball.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving; carefully remove rubber bands after chilling.
  7. Garnish with a bell pepper stem and serve with your favorite crackers.
