  • 1 red capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp crushed chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until clear. In a pot, combine rice with salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until fluffy.
