  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a baking dish.
  3. In the same bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, add trimmed green beans tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper to the remaining space in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for another 20 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through.
