  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer batter into a piping bag and fill each well of the donut pan evenly.
