1 chicken breast, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon + 2 slices for garnish
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Incorporate diced chicken, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional parsley. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
Steam broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a serving bowl, layer cooked jasmine rice at the bottom, followed by the sautéed chicken and steamed broccoli on top. Garnish with lemon wedges.
