  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
