  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped turkey bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Bake hash brown patties according to package instructions or air fry at 400°F for about 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
