  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken drumsticks in the marinade and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Toss baby potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini in olive oil with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange marinated chicken on one side of a sheet pan and place the vegetables on the other side.
