- 10 Balls fresh mozzarella (bocconcini, ciliegine, “cherry sized”)
- 5 black olives (whole pitted, medium or large)
- ½ Pound chicken (sliced thinly)
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- 8 basil leaves (fresh)
- 1 ½ Ounces balsamic glaze
- 8 ½ Ounces sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil, julienne cut)
- kosher or table salt (as needed)
- flake salt (as needed)
- Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil and chopped basil in a bowl; season with salt.
- Slice mozzarella balls in half and place one half on a serving platter as the base.
