Instructions

  1. Prepare puff pastry: Roll out to ⅛-inch thickness.
  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut out circles from rolled pastry using a circle cutter.
  4. Dock each circle with a fork to prevent excessive rising.
