  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Reduce heat to low; add butter to the skillet with the beef. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for about one minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet; mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
