  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the artichoke hearts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
