  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens. Add broccoli and cooked pasta; toss to combine.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
