  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  4. Add spinach and stir until wilted, then pour in heavy cream. If needed, gradually add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
