Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, apple cider, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough on lined baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
